1) Most common issues (pick one)

Cannot login / wrong password

Verify the official domain, reset password if needed, and re-check 2FA/OTP settings.

OTP not received / 2FA trouble

Check spam, device time, and avoid repeated resend attempts in a short time window.

App install/update problems

Use official sources, update OS, free space, and retry on stable Wi-Fi.

Not sure if the site/link is real

Stop and verify the official domain first—avoid entering password/OTP on unknown pages.

2) Account access & OTP quick checklist

  • If you came from a message/link: verify the domain first.
  • Check email spam folder for OTP emails; for SMS, confirm signal and carrier filtering.
  • Avoid spamming “resend” repeatedly—wait 30–60 seconds between attempts.
  • Authenticator codes failing? Verify device time is set to automatic and retry.

3) App & device tips

  • Prefer official stores or the official download page; avoid “modded/cracked” packages.
  • If install fails: free storage, update OS, restart device, re-download from the official source.
  • If the app behaves oddly after update: clear cache (Android) or reinstall using official sources.

4) Security incidents (what to do first)

  • If you suspect phishing: do not enter password/OTP and do not approve unknown prompts.
  • Change password and review security settings as soon as possible.
  • Enable 2FA + anti-phishing code if not already enabled.
  • Use the official Help Center for account recovery steps if needed.
